Our next Social meeting on 23rd April ’19 will include Steve Harding from the Farina Restoration Group, as our guest speaker.     Many of us would have visited this old town between Lyndhurst and Maree whilst transiting the Oodnadatta Track.     Steve will discuss Farina’s history; restoration progress and skill requirements for upcoming work. https://farinarestoration.com/

Please welcome new members, Anne with Neil Ellis (996) as they join in with our Club activities.

The 28th May Social meeting will include Danny Fassina from North East Mitsubishi who will be discussing the new MR model Triton, which will be onstage.     Danny intends joining the Club and having demonstrator vehicles available to view, at our training days.     Members may be able to drive them with prior notice.
The Club is currently negotiating special purchasing, servicing and parts discounts for members – thanks to Michael Davis.

Not all Committee positions have been filled (Social Coordinator, Catchat editor and positions with no allocated duties).     Changes will need to be made to some of these activities if a shortage of help is experienced.     The Committee is currently reorganising our IT services and is keen to receive suggestions from members regarding the information and content they want from these services. Please send any suggestions to my email address (see below).

A reminder of the upcoming Polish Hill event Wednesday 17th to Monday 29th April 2019 (Easter & Anzac Day Included).     There’s plenty of scope, so stay for the whole period or just a couple of days.

On Sunday 19th May a Celebration of 4 Wheel Driving will be conducted at the National Motor Museum, Birdwood.     Our Club will be represented – more information is available as you read further in Catchat.
